Okay, FOR THE RECORD, it kinda sounds like I’ve given up on the idea of exercising while traveling but I HAVE NOT! From now on I am going to work out while traveling! Aside from just doing tons of walking and swimming (if possible), I am going to do weight training exercises in my hotel room! And to piggyback on what I had said in the session, it’s not just the bed, but also the bathtub and hell, even the good ol’ floor! Also use the edge of bed for bench dips. Just play around a bit but always be SAFE!
